The most complete of VIVERE store located at VIVERE South78, Gading Serpong and Gallery VIVERE, Bali. In Jakarta, you can visit VIVERE Senayan City Mall.
Can I visit VIVERE store to see the product before purchasing online?

Where are VIVERE products sourced from?
Our manufacturing facilities produce our own VIVERE Home, While for the Complement Collection, we source the products from multiple suppliers all around the globe. And for the Culture Collection, we source the art and craft from artists around the country and add modern elegant touch to the finished design.
What is the price range for VIVERE product?
Our price range starts from thousands rupiah for accessories collection. We have different type and series of furnishings and home decor accessories, the price may vary for each collection.
Can VIVERE furniture be custom made?
In order to maintain high quality products at reasonable prices for retail market, we choose to produce our furniture in large quantities, realizing cost savings, rather than making custom orders. However, we generally do custom if the quantity ordered is high in number. We have a lot of project example for our custom made product. You can see our portfolio on the project references section.

Why are items sometimes out of stock?
We always try our best to maintain the availability of items shown in the catalogue, brochures, newsletters, website and the showroom, but due to popularity and supply issues, some products may not always be available. Generally, we can estimate when a product should be back in stock.

For product accessories and some artworks, we regularly present new products based on theme and trend, so grab it fast while it in stock because it won’t last.

How do I become a VIVERE member?
Simply visit our store, and you can obtain VIVERE membership when you shop with us (any purchase). You can obtain VIVERE privilege membership when you shop for more than or equal to Rp 30,000,000 (valid for accumulated transaction in a year). For more detail about our membership and reward program, please go to our Membership section in this website.
When does the new catalogue come out?
Usually VIVERE catalogue is renewed annually with new inspiring decor photos and ideas, also when we release a new collection/serie. In addition we also regularly publish a thematic newsletter, which feature the latest product collection, the hottest items, what’s new in VIVERE and the best offers for the month.
How can I get a copy of the VIVERE catalog?
VIVERE catalogues are available for free in every VIVERE showrooms near you. You could also reach us at customercare@viverecollection.com for catalog inquiries, or simply drop a message in our social media.
Can I have VIVERE catalogue sent to me?
The best and most complete resource for all of the products is our website. However If you wish for hardcopy, please drop us an email. We will send out to you the ready ones.

How can I unsubscribe from your email list?

Who can answer my warranty question?
If a problem should arise which you feel is covered by our Warranty, contact VIVERE customer care to obtain warranty service. All claims must include the Warranty Card within the applicable warranty period.
Are fabric swatches available?
Visit your nearest VIVERE store to see and feel fabric in more detail and big cutting. You can ask our store assistant for fabric swatches available and bring it home for your next purchase consideration.
Can I buy an extra fabric for sofa or dining chair?
Unfortunately we can’t provide you the raw material of our product. If you wish to recover your old VIVERE sofa or any VIVERE upholstered products, simply contact our customer care to get more info and service about this.
Can VIVERE deliver product to any location within Indonesia?
VIVERE will deliver and install within Java, Bali and other areas where we have partners (Makassar and Pekanbaru). Outside those areas, we suggest you to arrange shipment with well known logistic company. Contact our customer care for more information on delivery and installation services.
Is there a return policy?
We do not accept returns at this time.
Can I rent VIVERE product?
We do not rent our product. However we consider furniture borrowing for sponsorship, collaboration or special event with proper mutual benefits. For any inquiries regarding furniture borrowing, please contact or drop an email to our Marketing Department : info@viverecollection.com.
